Important Core Component Description

Boat Hull

The hull of the ship is a single all welded steel structure. The outer plate of the ship is made of CCS special steel plate. The frame, strong beam, longitudinal beam, bulkhead etc. materials are made of high-quality steel plate. The deck is made of welded bumps and coated with anti-skid paint.

Collection cabin

The collection cabin is located at the bow of the ship. It can use the hydraulic cylinder to automatically adjust the water depth, extend out of the water surface to reduce resistance and increase the navigation speed during navigation, and freely adjust the collection depth according to the thickness of garbage and water grass during salvaging operation. The maximum depth of water grass can be collected 1 m below the horizontal plane. The underwater transmission shaft and gear plate of the collector are made of stainless steel, with the ability of seawater corrosion protection. Greatly extend the service life and reduce the maintenance cost of customers.

Storage cabin

The middle and rear parts of the ship are mobile storage tanks. The storage cabin is of movable type. The hydraulic handle in the control room controls the lifting of the hydraulic oil cylinder behind the storage cabin to collect the garbage, water and grass collected in the collection cabin and unload them in the storage cabin automatically. It can be transported to the shore after the storage tank is fully collected. The bottom of the storage bin is made of 304 stainless steel chain, which can prevent the seawater flowing out of the waste during storage from corrosion and extend the service life of the conveying chain. Driving system

The ship is driven by paddle wheel and controls the forward, backward, turn and turn of the equipment, which is infinitely variable speed.

Because the customer is driving in the sea water, the paddle wheel is made of 201 stainless steel by welding to prevent rust and corrosion caused by long-term immersion of the paddle wheel in the sea water. It is made of stainless steel by welding to extend the service life of the paddle wheel.
